When you enter our facility you will be on recorded video surveillance. All Escape Rooms are also continuously monitored.
Escape game rooms offer a fun time, with lots of laughs. To ensure safety of all of our guests and our delicate props, we reserve the right to remove you from our facility for misconduct.
By booking a game with us, you are agreeing to our no refund policy. We do understand, things happen and therefore with more than 24 hour notice, we can allow you to reschedule your game for another time.
Children under 16 are welcome to join in the games, however they must be closely monitored by an adult in the room with them.
You are responsible for any damage done to the property or props caused by inappropriate action of anyone in your group. We reserve the right to charge the credit card used to book the game in this situation.
